Our returns policy for items purchased via this website is as follows:

• We will exchange items, or provide a refund, provided that the items are returned in original packaging with all labels attached, within 14 days of receipt
  
  
• Faulty items will be replaced. Alternatively, we will provide a credit note, to be used within 8 weeks
  
  
• For reasons of hygiene, swimwear or underwear will not be accepted for return unless faulty
